Cancellation Policy

If you pre-registered without accommodation

In case you have to cancel your registration before 20th July 2007 Taipei, UTC+8 please follow these steps:

Cancellations filed before Friday 20th July 2007 Taipei, UTC+8 will be taken into account and partially refunded. However, if you submit it later than 20th July, 2007, there will be no refund.
Send us an e-mail to wikimania-registration@wikimedia.org and notify us to cancel your registration. Please include name on the registration form, reservation number, amount paid and payment method.
For all cancellations a 10% penalty and handling fee will apply. Refunds will occur in dollars (USD) and dollars only. No other currency will be used for reimbursement. The 10% penalty is based on the currency used.
All refunds will return after the Wikimania 2007.

For the conference registration, the same rules apply.
