Abstract
This proposal?main to introduce the ?Localogy GIS project?undertaken by Tainan Community University and PingTung Blue DongGang River Assosiation.By examing the practice during May 2006 to May 2007,we propose to solve the question following: First,how to build a model gathering local knowledge?Second,what local knowledge is represent?and could NGOs play the role of gathering local knowledge or?just an agent?Finally, how to gathering local knowledge by using wiki and WebGIS?What we quiz above are not questions only about methedology ,but also deeply rooted in epistemology .
